Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid services offered by AGZIT AI – Career Intelligence System™. By purchasing any paid product or service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. No Refund Policy

All purchases made on AGZIT AI are final and non-refundable.

AGZIT AI provides digital, time-based, and instantly accessible services. Once payment is completed, access to the digital service is granted. Due to the nature of digital delivery, refunds are not permitted.

2. AI Mock Interview Sessions

Mock interview sessions are time-based digital services.

  • Once a session is purchased, it is considered a digital product.
  • Once a session has started, the service is considered delivered.
  • No refund will be issued for dissatisfaction with AI-generated questions, scoring, or performance outcome.
  • No refund will be issued due to user-side issues (internet, device, microphone, environment, etc.).

3. System-Side Technical Issues

If a session fails due to a confirmed platform-side technical issue:

  • Please report the issue within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Our team will investigate system logs.
  • If a platform issue is confirmed, the session will be restored or reactivated.

Refunds will not be issued. The service will instead be corrected or reactivated.

4. Medical Emergency Consideration

In the case of a genuine medical emergency:

  • If the purchased session has not been used,
  • You may request an extension of the product validity period.
  • Extension approval is at the sole discretion of AGZIT AI.

No monetary refund will be issued under medical circumstances.

5. Duplicate Payments

If a duplicate payment occurs due to payment gateway error, the extra transaction amount may be reversed after verification.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes without prior communication may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of account access
  • Blocking of DPR ID and related data
  • Permanent restriction from future services

7. How to Report Issues

For technical issues or validity extension requests, contact:

support@agzit.com

Include:

  • Registered email ID
  • DPR ID (if available)
  • Order ID
  • Clear description of the issue

8. Policy Updates

AGZIT AI reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
