AGZIT AI Effective 2026 All paid services

This Refund Policy applies to all paid services offered by AGZIT AI — Career Intelligence System, including AI Mock Interview sessions and AGZIT Credits purchases. By purchasing any paid product or service on this platform, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read carefully before completing any purchase.

No Refund Policy

AGZIT AI provides digital, time-based, and instantly accessible services. Once payment is completed, access to the purchased service is granted immediately.

Due to the nature of digital delivery, all purchases on AGZIT AI are final and non-refundable.

All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued once payment is confirmed and service access has been granted.

AI Mock Interview Sessions

Mock interview sessions purchased by candidates are time-based digital services. The following apply to all session purchases:

Once a session is purchased, it is classified as a delivered digital product
Once a session has started, the service is considered fully delivered
No refund will be issued for dissatisfaction with AI-generated questions, scoring, or performance outcomes
No refund will be issued due to user-side issues — internet connectivity, device failure, microphone problems, or environmental factors

AGZIT Credits

AGZIT Credits are a digital currency used within the platform to access Career Tools including Career Analyzer, Personalised Improvement Plan, Per-Question Coaching, Intro Coach analyses, and AI Resume Polish. Credits are purchased in packs of 5 ($5 minimum) and never expire.

Credits are non-refundable once purchased, regardless of whether they have been used
No refund will be issued for unused credits
Credits earned through the referral programme have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
If a credit-powered feature fails due to a confirmed platform fault, the credit will be restored — not refunded as cash

Credits never expire. If you are unsatisfied with a credit-powered result, contact support — we will investigate and restore any credit affected by a verified platform issue.

System-Side Technical Issues

If a session or credit-powered feature fails to start or complete due to a confirmed platform-side technical fault, the following process applies:

Report the issue to support@agzit.com within 48 hours of the purchase
Include your registered email, DPR ID, and order ID in the report
Our team will investigate system logs to verify the fault
If a confirmed platform issue is found, the session or credit will be restored or reactivated

Monetary refunds will not be issued for technical faults. The service will instead be corrected, restored, or reactivated at no additional cost.

Medical Emergency Consideration

In the event of a genuine medical emergency, AGZIT AI may consider extending the validity period of an unused purchased session. The following conditions apply:

The purchased session must not have been started or used
A validity extension request must be submitted with relevant supporting information
Extension approval is at the sole discretion of the AGZIT AI support team

No monetary refund will be issued under any medical circumstance. Credits are not subject to validity extension as they do not expire.

Duplicate Payments

If a duplicate payment occurs as a result of a payment gateway error — not user-initiated double payment — the extra transaction amount may be reversed after verification by our team. Contact support@agzit.com immediately with your order details if this occurs.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

AGZIT AI strongly encourages users to contact support before initiating any payment dispute. Unauthorised chargebacks filed without prior communication may result in:

Immediate suspension of account access and all associated services
Blocking of your DPR ID and related profile data
Permanent restriction from all future AGZIT AI services

For technical issues, credit restoration requests, validity extension requests, or duplicate payment queries, contact our support team at:

Include the following in your message to ensure a fast response:

Registered email address
DPR ID (if available)
Order ID or payment reference
Clear description of the issue, including date and time of occurrence

Policy Updates

AGZIT AI reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of any paid or free service on the platform constitutes acceptance of the most current version of this policy.
