AGZIT AI Effective 2026 Applies to all users

At AGZIT AI — AI Career Intelligence Platform, your privacy is fundamental to how we build and operate. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how it flows through our platform and third-party AI systems, and the controls you hold as a user. We do not sell your data. We never will.

Who This Policy Applies To

This policy applies to all individuals who access or use AGZIT AI, including:

Candidates who create a Digital Profile (DPR), build resumes, complete Vokeva AI mock interviews, or use any Career Tool on the platform

Employers who access candidate profiles, scorecards, or session replays through a verified employer account

Visitors who browse agzit.com without registering

Data We Collect

We collect only the data necessary to deliver the services you use. This includes:

Identity data — full name, email address, phone number, city, and country of residence

Professional profile data (DPR) — job title, target role, specialisation, industry, years of experience, seniority level, employment history, education, and skills entered into your Digital Profile (DPR)

Salary and compensation data — current CTC and expected CTC, if provided in your DPR. This information is optional and is used solely to personalise Career Analyzer outputs and interview context. It is never shared with employers without your explicit consent

Relocation preference — whether you are open to relocating, stored in your DPR and used for Career Analyzer context only

Interview audio and transcripts — audio recorded during Vokeva AI mock interview sessions and Self-Introduction Coach sessions. Audio is transcribed via OpenAI and transcripts are stored in our database. See Section 5 for full disclosure

Scorecard and performance data — AI-generated scores across 10 competency dimensions, strengths, areas to improve, observations, and readiness assessments generated after each session

Resume data — resume content generated from your DPR and any uploaded resume files

Payment data — transaction references and amounts processed via our payment gateway. We do not store full card numbers or bank account details

Usage data — pages visited, feature interactions, session duration, device type, and browser information collected via standard analytics

How We Use Your Data

All data collected is used exclusively for the following purposes:

Creating and maintaining your Digital Profile (DPR) and all resume versions generated from it

Personalising live Vokeva AI mock interview questions based on your DPR target role, specialisation, experience level, and job description

Transcribing your interview audio via OpenAI

Generating your Personalised Improvement Plan, Per-Question Coaching feedback, and Self-Introduction Coach analysis via OpenAI

Generating your Career Analyzer report by cross-referencing your DPR profile data with your average scorecard results

Tracking your score history and dimension trends across sessions in the Progress Tracker

Generating ATS-formatted resumes from your DPR data using our Resume Builder

Facilitating employer access to candidate profiles and scorecards — only in accordance with your visibility settings (see Section 6)

Processing payments and sending transactional notifications via Brevo email platform

Improving the performance and accuracy of the platform

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing, advertising, or commercial purposes.

Your Digital Profile (DPR) and AI Personalisation

Your Digital Profile (DPR) is the foundation of the AGZIT AI platform. It is used to personalise every AI-powered feature. This means structured data from your DPR — including your target role, specialisation, experience level, industry, and career history — is transmitted to OpenAI's API to generate contextual, role-specific outputs.

The following AI features use your DPR data as input:

Vokeva AI Mock Interview — your role, specialisation, experience level, and the job description you provide are shared with Vokeva AI to conduct your live interview session and with OpenAI to generate personalised interview questions and score your answers

Career Analyzer — your full DPR profile (including target role, industry, experience years, seniority level, city, country, and salary preferences if provided) is used to generate your career positioning report

Personalised Improvement Plan — your weakest scoring dimensions from recent sessions are used to generate a coaching plan

Resume Builder — your DPR data is used to generate ATS-formatted resume documents locally. Resume Polish uses a combination of your DPR data and the job description you paste to rewrite content via OpenAI

By using AI-powered features, you consent to the transmission of relevant profile data to OpenAI's API for the purpose of generating your personalised output. OpenAI processes this data in accordance with their Data Processing Agreement. Your data is not used by OpenAI to train their models under our API agreement.

Interview Audio, Transcripts and AI Processing

Vokeva AI mock interview sessions and Self-Introduction Coach recordings involve audio capture and AI processing. By proceeding with either feature, you consent to the following data flow:

Live interview — your Vokeva AI session is conducted in real time via voice and video. Vokeva AI handles the live session interaction

Audio capture — your spoken answers are recorded during the live session. Self-Introduction Coach recordings are up to 60 seconds in length

AI transcription — audio is transmitted to OpenAI and converted to a text transcript. The transcript is stored in our database

AI scoring — the transcript, combined with your DPR context, is processed by OpenAI for competency scoring across 10 dimensions. Results are saved to your scorecard

Per-Question Coaching — if you unlock this feature, your session transcript is processed by OpenAI to generate targeted feedback on each individual answer

Intro Coach analysis — your introduction transcript is processed by OpenAI for structure and delivery analysis

Storage — transcripts and AI-generated feedback are stored securely in our database. Audio recordings are stored where session replay is enabled

Retention — transcripts and scorecards are retained for a minimum of 12 months from session date. You may request deletion at any time via support@agzit.com

Audio and transcript data is used exclusively to deliver the features you have activated. It is not shared with employers unless you explicitly share your scorecard or DPR. It is not used to train external AI models.

Employer Access and Your Visibility Controls

Your profile, scorecard, and session data are private by default. You control who can see your information through the visibility settings in your My Profile tab. The following rules govern employer access:

Private (default) — your DPR and scorecard are not visible to any employer. Only you can see your data

Verified Employers only — your profile becomes discoverable to employers who have been verified by AGZIT AI. Verified employers have agreed to our data use terms and may not redistribute your data

Public — your DPR profile is broadly accessible. This setting is at your own discretion

Session replays and scorecards are only accessible to employers if you apply to them directly through the platform or participate in an employer-initiated interview

Your salary data (current CTC and expected CTC) is never shared with employers regardless of your visibility setting

You can change your visibility setting at any time from the My Profile tab in your dashboard

Employers may not download, copy, or share your data outside the AGZIT AI platform

Your salary, compensation expectations, and relocation preferences are never visible to employers regardless of your profile visibility setting.

Data Storage and Retention

Your data is stored on secure, access-controlled infrastructure. We retain data for as long as your account is active and as required to provide the services you have used.

DPR profile data is retained for the lifetime of your account unless deletion is requested

Interview transcripts and scorecards are retained for a minimum of 12 months from session date

Intro Coach transcripts and analysis results are retained for the lifetime of your account unless deletion is requested

Improvement Plans and Career Analyzer reports are retained for the lifetime of your account

Payment transaction records are retained as required by applicable financial regulations

On account deletion, personal data is removed within 14 working days, except where legal obligations require retention

Sub-Processors and Third-Party Services

AGZIT AI uses the following third-party services to operate. Each sub-processor handles data only to the extent necessary to deliver the functionality described.

No sub-processor is permitted to use your data for purposes beyond what is required to deliver the service to AGZIT AI. We do not grant any third party the right to use your data for advertising, model training, or commercial profiling.

Cookies and Tracking

AGZIT AI uses cookies and similar technologies for the following limited purposes:

Essential cookies — required for the platform to function, including your login session state (stored as a secure, httpOnly JWT cookie named agzit_token)

Analytics cookies — used to understand how users interact with the platform so we can improve it

Preference cookies — used to remember settings such as interface state

We do not use advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking cookies. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings at any time.

Your Rights

As a user of AGZIT AI, you have the following rights regarding your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@agzit.com. We will respond within 10 business days.

Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you

Correction — request correction of inaccurate or outdated information in your DPR or account

Deletion — request deletion of your account and all associated personal data. Include your DPR ID in your request. Deletions are processed within 14 working days

Portability — request your data in a structured, machine-readable format

Objection — object to specific uses of your data, including analytics or AI processing for non-essential features

Visibility control — change who can see your DPR and scorecard at any time from the My Profile tab in your dashboard — no support request needed

Withdraw consent — you may withdraw consent to AI personalisation features at any time by contacting us, which will limit access to features that depend on DPR-based AI processing

Children's Data

AGZIT AI is a professional career platform intended for users aged 16 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 16. If you believe a minor has created an account on our platform, please contact us immediately at support@agzit.com and we will delete the account and associated data promptly.

Updates to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically as our platform evolves. When changes are made, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated. Where changes are material — particularly those affecting how your data is shared with AI services or employers — registered users will be notified by email before the changes take effect. Continued use of AGZIT AI following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
