AGZIT AI Effective 2026 Applies to all users

By accessing or using AGZIT AI — Career Intelligence Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the platform and its services.

Nature of Service

AGZIT AI provides the following services to registered users:

Digital Profile (DPR) — a structured, permanent career identity profile built once and reused across all platform features
ATS Resume Builder — generation of ATS-formatted resume versions from your DPR profile, with 30 templates including fresher and GCC formats
Vokeva AI Mock Interview — live voice and video AI interview simulation, personalised to your DPR profile and job description, scored across 10 competency dimensions
Scorecard and Progress Tracker — structured performance scorecards with competency assessments and trend tracking across all sessions
Performance tools — Role Readiness assessment, Interview Weakness Heatmap, and Personalised Improvement Plan
Career Tools — Career Analyzer (seniority and readiness positioning) and Self-Introduction Coach (spoken introduction analysis)
Performance Badges — Silver, Gold, and Platinum badges earned automatically based on your average session score
AGZIT Credits — a digital credit system used to access Career Tools, AI Resume Polish, and other premium features
Employer workflows — verified employer access to candidate profiles and scorecards based on candidate-controlled visibility settings

AGZIT AI is a career preparation and professional credentialing platform. It is not a recruitment agency, employment guarantor, or government-affiliated body.

Eligibility and Registration

To use AGZIT AI you must be at least 16 years of age. By registering, you confirm that:

All information provided at registration and in your Digital Profile (DPR) is accurate, truthful, and current
You will keep your login credentials confidential and not share account access with any other person
You will update your DPR if material information changes
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

AGZIT AI reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts where false or misleading information is detected.

User Responsibilities

All users of AGZIT AI agree to the following obligations:

Use the platform for lawful and professional purposes only
Not attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of the platform, its outputs, its scoring methodology, or its AI systems
Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
Not misrepresent qualifications, experience, or identity in your Digital Profile (DPR) or during any interview session
Not attempt to circumvent, manipulate, or artificially inflate AI-generated scores or assessments

Payments, Sessions and Credits

The following terms apply to all paid services on AGZIT AI:

Interview sessions — Vokeva AI mock interview sessions are paid per session. Session duration corresponds to the product purchased — 20-minute or 30-minute. Successful completion of a session constitutes full delivery of the purchased service
AGZIT Credits — credits are purchased in packs of 5 ($5 minimum) and are used to access Career Tools, AI Resume Polish, and other premium features. Credits never expire and are non-refundable once purchased
Earned credits — credits earned through the referral programme have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
Employer-initiated interviews — candidates do not pay for sessions initiated and scheduled by a verified employer
Payment processing — all payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways. AGZIT AI does not store card or bank account details

Pricing is subject to change. Current pricing is always displayed at the point of purchase. All purchases are governed by our Refund Policy.

No Guarantee of Employment

AGZIT AI does not guarantee job offers, interview invitations, or employment outcomes of any kind. The platform provides structured preparation tools, career identity records, and AI-simulated practice — not placement services. Results depend entirely on the individual user's effort, qualifications, and the independent hiring decisions of third-party employers.

Employer Access and Candidate Visibility

Employer access to candidate profiles, scorecards, and session replays is controlled by the candidate through their visibility settings. The following apply:

Private (default) — your profile and scorecard are not visible to any employer until you change this setting
Verified Employers only — your profile becomes discoverable to employers who have been verified by AGZIT AI and have agreed to our data use terms
Public — your DPR profile is broadly accessible at your own discretion
Salary data (current and expected CTC) is never shared with employers regardless of visibility setting
Employers may not redistribute, resell, or share candidate data outside the AGZIT AI platform
AGZIT AI is not responsible for hiring decisions, feedback, or actions taken independently by employers

AI-Generated Output

Interview questions, performance scorecards, competency assessments, coaching plans, and career reports produced by AGZIT AI are algorithmically generated using AI systems including Vokeva AI and OpenAI. While designed to simulate real interview conditions and provide structured, actionable feedback, AI-generated outputs:

Do not replace human judgement and should not be treated as definitive assessments of capability or suitability for any role
May vary across sessions based on response quality, session conditions, and AI model behaviour
Are not endorsed or validated by any professional body, accreditation authority, or employer

Intellectual Property

All system architecture, platform design, branding, content structure, proprietary scoring methodologies, and AI frameworks of AGZIT AI are protected intellectual property. The following are strictly prohibited without written authorisation:

Reproduction or copying of any part of the platform, its outputs, or its methodology
Resale or commercial redistribution of any AGZIT AI content, tools, or assessment outputs
Use of AGZIT AI branding, trade names, or visual identity without permission
Building competing products or services using knowledge derived from the platform's proprietary methodology

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AGZIT AI shall not be liable for:

Hiring decisions, rejections, or outcomes made by employers independently
Loss of employment opportunities, income, or career progression
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind
Technical interruptions, service outages, or data loss beyond reasonable control
Accuracy or completeness of AI-generated scores, reports, or recommendations

Termination of Access

AGZIT AI reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts where a user:

Provides fraudulent, misleading, or fabricated information in their profile or during any session
Misuses employer access or shares candidate data outside the platform
Attempts to manipulate, reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse any part of the AI system
Initiates an unauthorised chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support
Violates any part of these Terms and Conditions

Updates to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect changes in the platform, applicable law, or business operations. Continued use of AGZIT AI following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users by email before the changes take effect.
