What exactly is free?

The Counter-Terrorist Financing certification is free too: course and certificate, nothing to pay at any stage. AI Governance is free to study and free to sit; you pay only for the certificate, and only once you have passed. What does ONRIGA-accredited mean?

ONRIGA sets the accreditation standards our certifications are assessed against. Every certificate carries a credential ID that anyone — an employer, a recruiter, a regulator — can check at app.agzit.com/verify without needing an account. A certificate nobody can verify is not worth much, which is why the verification page is public and free.

Why is one certification free and another paid?

The course material is free in every case. What differs is the certificate. Counter-Terrorist Financing is free end to end. AI Governance lets you study and sit the assessment free, and you pay only after you pass, so you never pay for something you have not earned. Sanctions Screening is a single payment covering the course and the certificate together — it is the longest and most specialised of the three.

Do certificates expire?

Each certificate carries a validity term shown on the certification page — currently two years for the ones listed here. Where renewal is free, it happens automatically on expiry and you are told it has happened; nothing lapses and nothing is at risk. Where a renewal fee applies, you are reminded before the date so the decision is yours.

Is there a subscription?

No. Interview sessions are a one-time payment each, certifications are paid once where they are paid at all, and credits are bought as a one-off pack. There is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel.

Do credits expire?

No. Credits stay in your account permanently until you use them. There's no time limit.

What's the difference between credits and interview sessions?

Interview sessions are sold individually as 20-min or 30-min live interviews, each including the full scorecard. Credits unlock the AGZIT Career Tools layer — Career Analyzer, Improvement Plans, Intro Coach, Per-Question Coaching, AI Resume Polish, and AI Career Risk Report. They're separate purchases for separate features.

Do I need a complete profile before I can interview?

Yes. Your profile is what makes the interview questions specific to you, so it needs to include a professional summary and at least one work history entry before you can start a session. Uploading your existing resume fills most of this in automatically. Certifications have no such requirement — you can enrol and start reading straight away.

Will my interview show up on my profile?

Yes. Every scored interview becomes part of your AGZIT Digital Professional Record (DPR). Three or more scored sessions unlock your Role Readiness signal and Performance Badge — visible on your shareable profile. Certifications you earn appear there too.

Can I pay in my local currency?

Yes. Prices auto-display in your local currency based on your location — INR, USD, AED, GBP, CAD, or EUR. The price you see is the exact price you'll pay at checkout.

What if I'm not satisfied with my interview?

If our AI fails to deliver a usable interview or scorecard due to a technical issue, contact support@agzit.com within 7 days and we'll refund or re-credit your session.

When does the launch pricing end?
